Quirk Cash operates on a strict non-refundable policy, with limited exceptions.

3.1 Non-Refundable Transactions

• All deposits, plan purchases, or subscriptions are non-refundable once confirmed.

3.2 Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

• A duplicate transaction was caused by a system error

• An unauthorized transaction occurred (after internal investigation)

3.3 Refund Processing

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
